We hold this data on the basis of compliance with legal obligations and will hold the data for as long as we have approval to operate as the compliance scheme for the sector. As per our legal obligations, we may share this data with the Department of Environment, Climate and Communications, the Environmental Protection Agency, local authorities, and any other organisation as required to maintain compliance with the requirements as set out in S.I. No. 609 of 2022 European Union (Extended Producer Responsibility) (Tobacco Filter Containing Plastic) Regulations 2022.
